What is my peer group like?

What does a typical day look like?
The day starts with a daily huddle with the team manager and all peers. We discuss the plan for the day and shine the light on key victories. Then its off to completing the day's tasks that are laid out in our outreach software.

Managers are expected to coach, encourage, lift up, and celebrate the team's achievement. You will find the culture of the team unlike any other. Our team performs well but without any negative pressure.
